No. These lights connect to the compatible factory connector. No cutting, drilling, splicing, coding, or permanent modifications are required.
How long does installation take?
Most Silverado owners can install both sides in about 10 minutes. Remove the factory light, unplug it, connect the new unit, and snap it into place.
Will these work if my Silverado doesn’t have factory puddle lights?
No. These lights are designed to replace existing factory mirror puddle lights and use the factory connector. If your mirrors don’t have puddle lights from the factory, there is no compatible mounting location or wiring.
